Biggest ripoff ever! We get a call at the office regarding our F350 Super Duty 2004 telling us this is the last chance to get an extended warranty. He knew the name of the company we had bought it from and insinuated that this was a service offered by the dealership. Finally talked my husband into purchasing the warranty. Very pushy about wanting our account information so they could take payments from our account. Told them no, we would pay with company check. Got the bill 2 days later sent payment. 30 days later took truck to have it serviced and the dealership had no idea about the extended warranty. Called the claims dept with Warranty Finance, LLC they said that the warranty was not in effect that i would have to find out who sold me the policy. Thew would not help me at all. Found a web site, was able to get the info I needed. Called Nationwide Auto Warranty only to be told we had to have put at least 1000 miles on the truck from the date the policy was applied for, which we were not told. Still have yet to recive the contract and they won't cancell the policy until I get the exact milage off the truck and put it all in writing. They have cashed the check and now I have to pay the dealership $417.00 to get my truck back. What a pain in the $%&* and such a scam!
