I ordered 4 6lb tubs of dubble bubble bubble gum from these folks to resell.  What I received was 4 3.75 lb tubs.  When I phoned them they told me that was the ship weight.  Trouble with that is that the package label UPS label says 20 lbs.  4 x 6 lbs = 24 lbs.  So if you believe their deception of misleading advertising on their website you will easily see they are liars either way.    In short this outfit shorted me and then refused to help.  I was told I could send the product back but they would not refund either the shipping expense to or from my location.  So I'll have to file a chargeback in order to loose the cost of shipping the package back in order to get my money refunded. 


AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COST.  THEY ARE THUGS AND LIARS!!!

I have been buying from Nationwide Candy for about 6 years now and feel like I know them well. This guy from Roby texas should be hung for his awful comments.

This seller has continued to be dishonest with the latest ascertions mentioned in their reply. No product was kept. No refund was given until a chargeback dispute was filed. All of this could have been avoided if the seller had responed in kind to my problem. Instead the seller dug in their heals and refused to do the right thing. I find the fact that I am now defending myself is even more upsetting. I would strongly recommend that this seller be avoided.

There was no scam here. Customer was given a full refund and even kept some of the product for free. No chargeback was ever initiated. The ship weight for this one particular item was keyed in incorrect and for that I apologize. This has now been corrected.


Customer did not give us a chance to explain or help his issue before he began making numerous false and over exaggerated statements on several sites in an effort to prove his point in a vendictive manner. His method of complaint was to call and make personal threats directed at two well liked female employees in our customer service department which widely upset numerous warehouse and office personnel. His use of abusive language and personal attacks against two female employees was un called for and his complaint is completely over exacerbated. Customer Albert Dziennik from Roby, TX account has been closed and we kindly ask that he do not call our office anymore.


We have been in business since 1996 and have well over 100,000 customers. Never in the 14 years we have been in business have we had such a customer.
