Commercial Loan application started Oct15th, 2006. Today it is Jan23rd, 2007. Nationwide Commercial Funding will not answer questions, return phone calls, give us explanation as to why the underwriters are taking such a long time and what the problems are. Kerry Walker (VP) Unresponsive, 0 credibility. Joseph Mardesich (President) same. I have email trail of all their promise dates and they have met NON of them.
Seller is going to sue us for nonperformance. We as buyers have monies tied up in escrow, acquired addition funding to cover what Nationwide won't (originally they said they would fund 80%, then 76%, then 55% latest.... word has it is 52%). as buyers we are having to come up with 100% more than we were originally led to believe (20% down went to 46% down).
They have taken our money and given us nothing, no service, no satisfactory answers, no return calls, no loan.

I am the owner of a company, Liberty Funding, in Brentwood, TN.
Our website is libertynationwide.com and we are in no way affiliated with the company that has been named on the complaint using both LibertyNationwide and LibertyFunding.
The complaint further refers to a residential transaction and we do not do residential lending under that name.
We do not have a client, past or present, by the name of Nigele in Boulder Creek, CA.
We are a commercial mortgage broker and have built a solid reputation in the industry.

Feb22nd, 2007 - We requested that the original Appraisal doc and denial of Loan letter be sent to us - as opposed to email attachments of scanned docs with possibly FAKE signatures.
Feb26th,2007 - Kerry Walker of Nationwide Commercial Funding, Inc. requested that we call her regarding the Refund.
Feb27th, 2007 - We called her. She confirmed Nationwide would refund us the $4000 and she wanted to know where FEDEX should send the check. We told her.
Mar5th, 2007 - We called again, no answer, left message and email to let Kerry know that we have Still received nothing from Nationwide Commercial Funding.
Mar6th, 2007 NOTHING - No reply, No Appraisal, No Denial of Loan Letter, No Refund. PAR FOR THE COURSE. Lies upon Lies. That's one way to build an empire!
