Nationwide Commerical Relief, Inc., was engaged to provide financing for real estate acquisitons and development projects. Was told loans requested had been approved. Also told closing would occur 90 to 100 days after submission of loan request forms and payment of a "consulting fee".
After 50 days had passed, Mitch Stecker, President, notified us that loans were approved, and we then simply asked when closing might occur. His first response was, "I give you great news today and you just can't accept the news, but you use that as an opportunity to prematurely ask for a closing date maybe only 1/2 way through the transaction. REALLY?"
Then, after hearing nothing for several days, we were suddenly and abruptly were notifed by email of NCR withdrawal of funding for (our) projects. When asked for reasons why, we were told, "I owe you no explanation...".
For two months we were led to beleive that all was in order and that the loans would close, both by email notes and direct conversations with Mr. Stecker.
His actions have potentially caused great harm, not only to our firm, but to many others that would have benefitted from the project financing he promised. No reliable financing source would ever not respond to reasonable questions and cancel their offer simply because their client had questions. Based on our experince with NCR and Mr. Stecker, careful consideration should be given before engaging him - you may be convinced he can deliver, until such time he suddenly decides to drop you for no good reason.

Our company has been in business for years and to date there has been one single legitimate complaint lodged against us. Instead of that client contacting us first, he posted on this forum in the heat of the moment. Once he contacted us directly his issue was resolved within 48 hours and he issued a full retraction. We pride ourselves on our reputation. Please be careful who you accuse of being a scam, as it gives legitimate companies such as ours a bad name.

We have no idea who you are, but if you are in fact a current or past client of NCR and have an issue with us why not try reaching out to us directly, or identifying yourself instead of hiding behind a blind email?
We would be more than happy to discuss whatever issue it is that you might have. We have never hidden from a client and have no intention of doing so with you. If you are or have been a client of ours you know how to reach us. We've already emailed you and have not received a response.

I am always sad to see this stll going on and it amazes me!!
This guy is running a con, plain and simple! Ask youselves, did he provide ANY legitimate references? IF he was successfully able to give people money, wouldn't he have tons of them, HAPPY and ANXIOUS to provide their story?

We are pleased to report that all issues related to our dispute with Nationwide Commercial Relief, Inc. have been completely resolved to our satisfaction. Therefore, we fully retract our initial report in its entirety.

This is the first negative report EVER lodged against NCR anywhere in the world. It should be noted that NCR has 211 emails on file from the individual's company who posted this review. An amount that is simply ridiculous and absurd. We also received over 50 phone calls from this individual, including calls after hours and on weekends, including holiday weekends. After 50 days the individual says their loan was approved. That is a flat out lie. They were notified the first half of the due diligence on their project had been completed, not that the loan had been approved. NCR provides loan services, not babysitting services. In the world of private capital it is impossible to give a closing date that far in advance, as any educated person knows. This person refused to let the process play out and as a result of that, NCR terminated its relationship with the above referenced client.
