I applied for a line of credit with my bank and was declined because I have an account in collection from Nationwide Credit Inc on behalf of Direct TV, Needless to say I never had a direct TV account and I have a latter from Direct TV state so and I was told that there is no account under my name with Direct TV.

But the damage is done and my credit score is down by 100 points, I disputed with Equifax and turns union but it is still there under investigation. Can I sue All of them for damages and how? Please help.
