I paid $495 to Nationwide Credit Solution back in May 2014 to consolidate my federal student loans. They were working with another "company" called Student Loan Restructuring and Forgiveness. I also agreed to pay $39.95 monthly processing fee for services provided. They never consolidated my loans, in fact, they did absolutely nothing but charge my credit card and continued to charge my card monthly. No services were ever provided. So basically I'm out a total of $854.55. Student Loan Restructuring (801-924-3731) is disconnected. Nationwide Credit Solution (916-501-3392 & 866-844-4545) are disconnected. Their website is still active. How do you seek legal assistance if the "company" is no longer active?
