I also was ripped of by a company and just recently filed a report. The one thing that I was told by the "government" that helps to put an end to companies like this and see these people go to jail is to send a complaint to the Attorney General's office in your State along with a carbon copy to the Attorney General's office where the company is operating. More importantly, print out copies of any and all the reports you can obtain from this site about the company you filed a report, and even those that may not specifically be about the company you filed, but are doing the same thing. Then also send copies of the information to your local FBI office and the U.S. Postmaster in your area too.
Once you've done this, to help get your money back, notify the company who your wrote about what you have done and that they are listed on this web site. It seems to generate fear in them and you can demand a refund or you will prosecute.
Good luck.
