Nationwide C.S. ripoff, sent money order of $38, waited 3 weeks, nothing Las Vegas Nevada

My boyfriend pitched in $28 and I gave $10, we got a money order and sent it on its way to Las Vegas (Sin City thats for sure). We waited anxiously for supplies to be received we got nothing after 3 weeks atleast.

Where I live it is extremely hard for me to get a job due to the fact I am in the country with no car. So I gave this company a chance, all they did was take money that I could use now to buy groceries.

There guarantee stated if I sent money within 7 days I would get my $38 back plus a $50 dollar start up bonus. They state all these bonuses, there goal is to sound good by having this "guarantee" the guarantee is bs!

Why are these company's allowed to get away with this? It needs to stop something needs to be done about this. Thank you for any help you can offer.
