I became interested in Nationwide Cyber Systems (NCS) turn-key kiosk business in the summer of 2003. After speaking with a representitive of the company and reviewing the info, that i had to pay 16 bucks for, I did some research on other ways of entering this business. Based on the services promised and the fact that I am disabled, I felt that it would be easier for me to run this business with the promised NCS assistance.

In September 2003, I purchased the kiosk from NCS. As soon as they hear you want to make the purchase they instantly schedule FedEx to pick up your payment. And of course Cash or Check is the only accepted method of payment.

In October 2003 my kiosk was delivered to my house with the instructions "DO NOT CALL PRIOR TO DELIVERY" written on the packing slip. It is now May 2004 and my kiosk is still sitting in my garage on the pallet collecting dust.

Before they got their hands on my money they were available at any time to answer any question I had and promised to be there for me at any time in the future. They are not. Once that check cleared, the lines of communication started to quickly disappear.

They made promises of lifetime location service and support, of a national advertising campaign, sales of phonecards, ringtones and cellular services, with the kiosk owner to receive a percentage of all of these sales. They tell you bogus earning potentials. They never came thru with any of this.

They attempted to get me a location at a truck stop. This was the biggest joke I have ever been involved with. They make it appear that you plug the machine in and you are off and running. The location they sent me to had no DSL service and ACCRAM, the company contracted with Nationwide Cyber Systems to provide internet service and provide technical support, could not provide me with the internet services that were needed so I had to purchase a satelite system in order to provide the internet services that were needed. From day one that location had problems. The thing that finally broke the deal was the location owners lease problems. At that point I got out of the contract with the satelite internet provider. Thank god! That was such a nightmare.

Nationwide Cyber Systems is a SCAM!! Nationwide Cyber Systems is a FRAUD!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
