Nationwide Financing, which is selling leads to Realtors/Broker, was formerly named Money Tree Funding.

They will contact you by email with a sales pitch to call them.

Check Money Tree Funding on Ripoff Report and STAY AWAY.

Same game, different name.

It works, but you have to do your part!

I went through Nationwide Financing for my leads and I have no complaints. People, you have to know how to sell your services! In the beginning when I call, my leads may get upset but with those particular ones I simply & politely give them my number and within anywhere from 1 week to 3 months people remember and call me back asking my receptionist or I for a quote.

Its simple, know how and what you are doing and if you are good at it these leads will come in handy. We agents are salespeople, so we should know that once we get the potential customer on the phone we have to do it right the first time. Some respond better and faster than others, but hey, it beats waiting by my phone in my office hoping someone gets me from Google or the Yellow Pages.

Remember, leads are important in our industry or else we close shop!

If you are a Realtor/Broker, the company may contact you by email promising you qualified buyer leads and asking you to call to sign up with them. You've probably heard this pitch before. Be cautious. They purchased a company called "Money Tree Funding", which played the same game. Do a search for Money Tree Funding, and be your own judge.
