I am not affiliated with the person the company was responding to but take the company's response with a grain of salt. I tried to contact them for a move 2 months ago. They are just now calling me. I moved a month ago. I asked them to stop calling me and the guy on the line told me to "f*ck off". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If they can't act professionally on the phone then don't be surprised when they scam you like they did to the poor soul above. 

It is unfortunate that websites such as this are allowed to publish false reports by our competition and other deranged persons.

In the first instance, this was not reported by The Justice Department. Not one fact in this report is true.

There is no name or identification of the writer who is in fact the scam.

There is no documentation or even any evidence of the nature of the complaint.

We take pride in our customer service and are always eager to address legitimate complaints.

After servicing the moving needs of thousands of customers each year we would not stay in business without having our 95% approval rating.

To our competitiors who obviously feel threatened by our success, I suggest they pay more attention to their business and follow our business model if they wish to succeed.
