nationwide long distance called my phone company and pretended to be my long distance carrier without my authorization Pennsylvania

called my home phone and offered someone not myself a discount on long distance charging 6.99 a month and without my authorization or any of my personal information added their long distance to my verizon account charging over 50 a month for the last 6 months. ive never gotten any bills directly from them they been down low charging me through verizon. when i called to cancel they gave me the run around. they cancelled it out but will not reimburse me for these unauthorized charges and will not remove their outstanding bill. they said they were sending a recording of their conversation with whoever this mysterious man is who authorized their charges. im a single mother none of my children are over 11. ive yet to recieve that or the printout of the fifty some dollars in long distance calls. im thinking about trying to file a suit against them. any suggestions on how and what i would need to do so beware of nationwide longdistance it is a scam
