NATIONWIDE MODIFICATION AGENCY - American Home Recovery - Isaak Khafizov i responded to a direct mail soliciting loan modifications Mineola New York

Isaak at American Home Recovery  AKA Nationwide Modification is a scam artist.  He guarantees that they will work as your agent to successfully complete a loan modifcation with your lender.

He advises you not to pay your mortgage and demands a cashiers check or debit card payment in full up front but promises that if not successful you get full refund.

Once paid he abandons the project YET corresponds with you that its all on track.

Later to discover your house is scheduled to foreclose.  I was lucky enough to circumvent a foreclosure by stepping in to work with lender to postpone foreclosure date while I apply for 'making homes affordable' program made possible through Obama Administration.

Isaak still suggests that "his negotiator" is working on it...a total farse! I asked him for his "negotiator's" contact information upon which I got a name and number for a completed UNRELATED party who also promised to achieve a modification for me if I pay him fees equivalent to 2% of my loan amount!

I am filing complaints with the Mineola, NY police dept. and pursuing criminal charges as appropriate.
