Nationwide Moving Services LLC Ripping off Soldiers family while he is in Iraq! Seagoville Texas

My wife is moving by herself while I am in Iraq. The moving company sent a different company to move her. They wanted more money than what she agreed and they were giving us less weight. They even wanted to charge her for having to go to the 3rd floor, after she said it was on the 3rd floor.

Now they made her pay more money because they said we were over the original weight they gave us (3500 lbs.) They just charged us more cause we had them deliver on the day we said we wanted it. The owner said he would take care of everything...yeah right! Is this what we (fighting soldiers) have to deal with, our families getting screwed over while we defend a country that allows the very people we protect to take advantage of our families while we ar away.

I want a writen apology and the money we paid that they said we were over. And this moving company will be reported to the US Army Transportation Office and we'll see if we do buisness with them ever again.
