Nationwide Pools & Spas None completion of work where pool cost was paid in full upfront Pampano Beach Florida

On the 25th. of August, 2012, I have signed a contract with Nation Wide Pool of Pompano Beach to build a pool at my home, being working overseas for many years, I have trusted the salesman of Nation Wide Pool and paid the entire amount for the pool in via a check $ 23,000.00 based on the promises that the pool will be completed in about four months, an agreement on all points was made on two sheets of paper that we called the proposal, Nation Wide Pool have the original and I was never given a copy even though the 2 pages proposal was mentioned in the single page contract.

Nation Wide Pool have not kept their promise nor did they honor their commitment as stated by the sales pitch, today we are in June 3, 2013, that is over 9 months after the signature of the contract, Nation Wide Pool have yet to complete the work.

I have issued several emails (can be provided) to Nation Wide Pool, as well as endless phone calls by my daughter and Son (over 150 times and it is all logged) yet the response of Nation Wide Pool was just like "let us ignore this customer" as they have already got the whole amount paid up-front.

have I knew about the dishonesty of this company, I would have elected someone other than Nation Wide Pool to do the service, however, the Salesman who came to my house represented his company in a very  reasonable way showing how others have failed to deliver where as Nation Wide Pool have satisfied their customers 100%, hearing an older guy than me talking with honesty and sincerity have swayed my decision to take Nation Wide Pool over others even though the price was higher than others, yet I have trusted this Salesman and trusted the company he represented, being a Manager of a major corporation on Subcontracting, I should have never done this, however, being away from the States for so long, I thought that our companies still act with honesty and dignity when it comes to work, that was not the case with Nation Wide Pool.

I do not know what to do know as the pool is preventing my grand daughter from enjoying the back yard as well as not allowing us to have any function, and being with out water, it represent a hazard both from having someone fall into it or from the bugs growing in the rain water collected at the bottom of the pool.
