I went to the state of colorado, and paid them $13.50 to send me a background check from the state. I looked on the internet to find the FBI background check site, and made them a money order for $18.00, and had to submit my own fingerprint card, and that cost me $10.00. this particular company uses a third party background check. That means, that they have outsourced to a company, to do the check. that is where the 89.00 dollars come in. they do not make a penny the entire fee goes to the third party. people need to read the fine print and ask questions, if there are any. I called a dozen times at least, to ask questions. and more and more companies will do this, so I did the legwork ,and I am going out today and start drumming up some business. It can be done, if you want to do some of the work.
