Kevin Williams contacted me to help me get out of the housing sitiation I am in with current landlord. He asking what zipcode i waslooking to live in. After i gave him the zipcode. He contacted me 15 min later with a house for me to view. Apparently he contacted the realtor that had the property for them to show me the house. I met with her looked at the house decidedi wanted it. I called him back and told him i liked it. He instructed me he couldnt do anything without some kind of payment. The house was perfect for us so i didnt want to loose it. So i sent him 300 cash walmart to walmart.

He then said he gave an offer and the owner accepted it and that closing would be 7bto 14 days. I never purchase a house or anything so i had no idea how long that would actually take. He said i would have to send him another 900 before they could close on tbe property so i wired him another 900 to his credit union. I then started to feel nervous about it. i then informed Kevin she did some research on the house and found out there was never an offer or contract on the house. He got upset with me and told me not to listen to a jealous family member. That is when she sent me the articles on kevin. The next morning i contacted. Kevin and told himi needed to back out of deal and wanted my money back. He would not answer my calls, text, or emails. He finally texted me said he mailed my refund out. I have not heard from him since and i am pretty sure i am not getting my money refunded to me. I will contact local police tomorrow and file a report against him, although i dont have alot of info on him.
