I have services through AT&T and just recently I have noticed that I have been charged for about a year now, that I have been charged for two service that I never authorized, and have not received services for. The First is Nationwide Voice, which I am getting charged $13.22, and the second is Odyssey comm Services, or OAN, which I'm getting charged $14.95 a month. I have also tried call my service provider and they told me to call the company's directly.
Every time that I have tried to call either of the numbers I am told; one am told to call back during business hours, two, i am put on hold for up to a half an hour, or three, I am transferred to a message machine which I never get called back, Can anyone help me, Thank you
