James Owen, attorney for Premium Timeshares Only Most of the James Owens in Florida are old white men- this guy, not so much. He sounded Hispanic and young. Belleview, Fl Florida

James Owen" claims to be an attorney. He claimed to have a buyer for a time share that I once wanted to sell and tried to get scammed a few years ago by a company of the same name.

He used the email premiumtimesharesonly@financier.com  financier.com is notoriously used by scammers (because it's free with no background check).

He tried to phish/trick me by sending a contract/bill of sale to give out personal information such as signing the "contract" and sending a photo ID. He said/emailed the Doc stamp fee/record/recovery fee would cost $1,361.82 (whatever that is). Please sign and send back via e-mail or fax with copy of photo ID. 

Because I am an undercover private eye, the hilarious part is that there was no fax number, just his phone number from Belleview, FL (and every live 50+ year old James Owen lives 8+ miles away).
