Sylmark Corp. -- still running their TV ads ripping off the consumer

I ordered an Abslide several months ago. I promptly received the product and I immediately canceled membership in the crazy high-priced memberships. My account was credited and I thought it was all over. Just today I received a box of pills from Herbal Energizer. I called the 323 number they gave me and when I selected the option that would let me talk to an operator, I was informed that they were all busy and to call back later. I looked up Abslide on the internet and found an 800 number for Valuemax. They gave me an 800 number for Abslide. This number gives the same answering machine message as the 323 number except when you select the option to speak to an operator it puts you on hold until someone is available. I waited for about a minute. The operator said that the person that was supposed to cancel my order must have done it incorrectly. I am to return the product and my account will be credited. We'll see.....
