why is this site still allowed to operate?! it seems there are many people who are a victim of this scam...
I subscribed to the site yourmusic.com because of a survey (the kind that offers you money), but a few hours later tried to cancel the subscription - I was checking the site out and it seemed sketchy to me... so, I wanted to cancel before they billed me for anything.
The bank would have to cancel my debit card until they could contact this place to find out what's going on. I've been trying to get in contact with them since May 2007 with no luck. I've been charged twice for a shady service that I've been trying to cancel!
But get this - while on the phone with a representative of the bank, she went to the site and tried to send a message via the form. Hers went through. It doesn't make any sense!
The only thing I can figure is when I try to submit the form I get the error because I'm trying to cancel my account (I have it selected as the reason for the message)?
Does that sound right to anyone else?
