THIS PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY VIOLATES THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT IN ITS COLLECTION TACTICS. THIS SITE AND OTHER SITES HAS TONS OF POSTINGS BY PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BY THIS COMPANY HAVING THEIR SAVINGS DRAINED. THEY EVEN FAXED MY EMPLOYER MY PERSONAL LOAN INFORMATION WHEN I WAS LATE WHICH IS A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF THE FDCA. THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT UNTIL IT WAS DRY, AND THEN KEPT CHARGING TIL I HAD HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN OVERDRAFT FEES, PLUS THEIR RIDICULOUS FEES WHICH IS ALSO A VIOLATION OF THE FDCA THAT STATES A COMPANY CAN ONLY CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT TWICE, THEN THEY HAVE TO CONTACT YOU TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.
I LOST EVERYTHING AND WAS FORCED TO FILE BANKRUPTCY. I MAKE OVER 3,000 A MONTH AND NOW I CANT EVEN PAY FOR MY PHONE BECAUSE OF THIS. I HAD TO PUT EVERYTHING I HAD LEFT INTO AN ATTORNEY, JUST FOR A $300 PAYDAY LOAN!

The FDCA applies to third party collectors. Since NationWideCash is your original debtor, FDCA probably won't apply.
Most companies with collections departments will follow the FDCA out of common courtesy. Most payday companies will not. They can be viscious when you owe them money.
With all payday type loans, you need to pay them off as quickly as possible. Most will be set up as an auto-renew and end up costing hundreds in fees alone without anything going towards the original loan amount.
