I placed an order for 4 products from this company on December 15th, 2013 (today is January 6th, 2014). I chose to use the 3-8 business day shipping. I was hoping to get my order by Christmas, but realize it might not happen. My order went through and I got a confirmation email.

I assumed the product was on the way. After the 8 business days had passed, I replied to the address on the confirmation email I recieved. I never heard anything back. I clicked the link to view my order, but the link reauires a login, which I did not have, because i bought my product as a guest. I signed up for an account, then tried the link, and it says I do not have authorization to view my own order. 

I filled out the customer service form to contact them on their website. That was a week ago. I still have not recieved any response. The customer service is as non-existant as their products. They didn't have any trouble charging my card though.

I looked up the registrant info and found 2 people responsible. One is the registrant, the other is the admin. It appears the Admin is the HostGator contact. I will be contacting HostGator after finishing this review, to see if I can get them to take their illegal site offline.
