Natures Premium Pest Defense Chris Marsh Christopher Marsh No Showed the 1st Appt No Showed the 2nd Appt so We Cancel and now take us to Collections. Phoenix Arizona

They came door to door looking for new customers, they seem nice so we entered into a contract with them in the summer of 2012, the first appt the no showed without a call, so i let them make a few excuses and let them come back, the 2nd time they no showed again and we decided to cancel the contract as we have small children and the scorpions were out heavy and wanted to take care of the situation asap. A few weeks go by and they charge our card for services rendered. We immediately call them and they say they will take care of it as well as we having to dispute the charge on the credit card. A few months go by we get an email confirmation stating a schedule service will be done, we immediately email them and say absolutely not and we cancelled service. We don't get a confirmation that they were there but they charged our card again, so again we have to dispute the charge and email the company, they acknowledge the cancelation but want the cancelation fee which is absolutely ridiculous so we email again stating that no we will  not pay the cancelation fee as they were not even supposed to come back. Again 3 months go by an we get another email stating that they will be there for a schedule appointment and we have to email them again and dispute the charge. This happens again believe it or not in June of this Year and again we have to do the same process.

On 9/9/2013 i get a collections letter for $359.00 and a call from the collections company stating past due. I have contacted someone in the office about this multiple times and all they said is we have preformed a service an pay. i would love to send the rude emails to anyone thinking about doing business with this company. Intergrity and Ethics are not what this company believes in. They say i signed a contract for 12 months and want to get paid with collection fees. Are they serious? Not showing up the first 2x without a call and then cancelling should be enough don't you think?
