Natuzzi RE-VIVE Performance Recliners
Don't count on Natuzzi to stand behind their products, especially the RE-VIVE performance recliners. They knowingly use cheap plastic clips to hold the chair covers which will fail overtime because plastic will get brittle and break over time. If you contact them regarding their "limited lifetime warranty," Laurie Jones, Sales & Operations Manager- East Region will come up with an excuse on why the product is not eligible for the warranty. Don't be fool by their sophisticated advertisement, spend your money on a Stressless that will stand the test of time. Stressless, a company that will stand behind their product. Ironically, their logo on the RE-VIVE website is "Love doing nothing". Such an appropriate slogan for the company.
