Where to begin is the question…? The building is SO RUN DOWN! And, there is constant noise. We own our unit and plan to sell, and if it does not sell quickly enough, we will lease it. It is amazing how many things the real-estate agents can conceal and then you move in and experience all of the major problems.

THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES IS A NIGHTMARE! They NEVER offer any assistance. They DO NOT EVEN GREET YOU WHEN YOU COME OFF THE ELEVATOR OR WHEN YOU ENTER THE FRONT DOOR. They just sit there like a statue or on their phones chatting with their friends.

The door to the garage sticks really bad. The carpets in the hallways are filthy! The entire building needs new paint, inside and out. There are MAJOR PLUMBING ISSUES! So many pipes leaking into numerous condos. The water pressure is a constant problem and they don’t have it properly repaired.

So the sad reality is, whether people are owner’s or renters, no one cares about taking care of the place because the maintenance is so POOR.

The pool heater has been broken for 1 year. The Jacuzzi has been broken for over 2 years and the steam room does not work.

I think the worst part is the attitude of the front desk employees. I guess they are not paid much and they really need a job…so their attitude is HORRIBLE. LAZY and NOT NICE!

We will certainly talk to many neighbors before ever buying another condo again. This has been the worst living experience.
