Our office had a terrible experience with Navicure. We stopped their service and were square all the way up until that point. We were forced to switch because of a billing change in the office.

We gave Navicure plenty of notice. A couple months later, they and their collections agency attempted to bully our office into paying them more for services never used. They continued to bill despite the fact we canceled.

Such a bad business practice. They're a classic "fine print" company.

I would strongly advise against using them. If you do, beware of the sales pitch and have an attorney review everything. I'm not one to write negative reviews because I know how it can impact a business. However, what they've done to this point is very sneaky and unprofessional.
