Naxopresence uk Ltd Bidfun.co.uk Internet Bidding Rip off Internet

I feel that i have been ripped off by Bidfun.co.uk. The bidding process works by purchasing credits in advance and using them to bid against an item on a timer. The bidding should finish and the the last bidder wins the item when the timer reaches zero.

I should have won an item several times when the counter went to zero. I suspect but cannot verify that the bidding is kept open past this point by using their term "Checking". On their site they define "checking" as the time lapse between your PC and their server.

My experience was as follows:
After some considerable time of watching the bidding activity on an item i joined the bididing at its lowest activity point at approximately 14.00 hrs on that day. Several times i was the best bidder when the timer had elapsed. The "Checking" period lasted more than 2 minutes on these occasions. I felt that this was to keep the bidding process open. 

I can verify that it was not a two minute time delay between my PC and their server as when another bidder came in after two minutes of "checking" i bid again and the update was instant.
