I signed up with Nayco Merchandising as a dropshipper in australia and paid $49.95 joining fee (which was advertised as refundable if not happy) I then placed orders with my credit card.

Nayco emailed me saying they do not ship to australia, i emailed the customer service at Nayco and asked to please refund my membership and cancel all orders and not charge my credit card.

I have now found out that they have chared my credit card for membership as well as the 2 orders placed (which i will never receive).I have been emailing them for 1 month and begging for a reply, but no one will reply back.

I dont have a contact telephone number. the only number i have is 18002251237, which has a recorded message saying the office is closed.

I hav filed a fraud report with the banks and sent several emails advising them of this.... but, no reply.

David Nayavich and his group are theifs and if anyone knows how i can get in touch with this company, please let me know.

Hi..I read about your dealings with Dave and the Nayco Merchandising Group. My wife had the exact same issues. The website had and still has a 90day money back guarantee. She was well within this timeframe. They responded to the first few emails but no refund, then they did not respond at all.

I decided to help my wife and take it a bit further so I called everyone I could think of to make an impression with Dave. I called the company hosting his website which is datapipe.com and explained my situation to a sales rep. I also found Dave's home number and address. It is David Nayavich 40 Thomas St Exeter, PA 18643-1535 (570) 883-9548. I will call until I get my money back and I suggest you do the same. (Since the company phone is disconnected, this was my only option.)
