NC TECHNOLOGY They advertised a specific hair straightener and then sent something totally different Internet

I watched a video of a hair straightener that was an amazing quality hair straightener.  What I got was a cheap plastic hair straightener that was def not what they advertised in the video.  The name, the look everything was different than what they advertised.  I have been in contact with the company who admitted they made the mistake and offered a 30% refund.  I declined.  They then offered a 40% refund and became aggressive stating they were in China and I would need to ship it back and pay for the shipping.  They also used phrasing such as "it is expensive to ship it back to China so I should think about that before replying back"  They will not "strong arm" me into keeping the cheap hair straightener that they sent! 

I would recommend never purchasing anything from this company as they are full of scams! I've researched a little and have found so many complaints on this company.  I wish I would have seen the complaints prior to purchasing the straighteners.  I also saw the video on Facebook.  I will be finding the page on fb so I can complain to fb as well.
