I am writing this rip off report to help my friends and neighbors out there that may be stuck without a phone, or your cell phone is temporarily out of service. I was going to a funeral out of town.
I was trying to get in touch with family to find out where I was staying and directions, the pay phone I saw in the truck stop/service station would accept my quarters, but would never put the call through. Therefore, out of stress and desperation I use my debit/credit card.
After the funeral, I get on line and do my banking. Well, that night and I have four separate charges of $20.00 dollars!!! For what?? All from NCIC!! All I did was dial the number direct and follow a few instructions. No one told me at any time that there would be a $20.00 dollar charge for the next two minutes??? Bellsouth/ATT does that for their customers. They at least tell you what you need to pay!!! This truck stop in Allgood, Tenn. does not need these phones in their areas. I fully intend on complaining. I can guarantee you!!! MSCBN may get called!! I may even decide to go to Channel Five-Nashville!!! This is one of the most terrible scams I have ever seen.
I need my money back. I am a single mother and you think of the groceries that 80.00 dollars would buy my kids!!! This is a scam!! This company is equal to a
predator. We are the prey!! Well not anymore!! I will complain every day until I get heard.

All of us that were victims of NCIC should form a letter and send it to every airport, every truck stop, and every gas station/restaurant combination series that there is and where we can remember where we were.
We should also start a class action lawsuit against NCIC for unreasonable and unfair telephone tarriffs. I am not the only single parent out there or any parent out there. There are business people that have been scammed by this company!!! STOP the SCAM
I can start a petition to send to Congress. Someone can initiate a class action lawsuit if they have a family member or friend that is a paralegal.
Look out cause they messed with the wrong woman this time. I am a hellcat! When I get started. This is absolutely ridiculous!! We can stop it. Please help!!
