On 8/28/2008 DCS contacted me regarding a debt to Va. that I settled(1995)in court and paid in monthly payments from 1995 to 1998. They gave til 9/2/2008 to make payment of 52797.47 from debt I settled for 6247.57 thru plea bargin to court. I wrote contesting debt and have not heard back yet. The letter I received doesnt give any detail and Im not sure what Im contesting. I filed a complaint to FTC and BBB and company has not responded to either as of yet. We need to get a lawyer and file another class action suit against this company. They have already lost numerous class action lawsuits and from what Im reading they need to have another one filed against them. Also never send them any money because that is admitting you owe at least part of debt they are trying to collect.
