Nco Financial Services - NCO Financial Systems ATTEPMTED TO DRAFT UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNT OF FUNDS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT HORSHAM PENNSYLVANIA

I had changed electric companies in Houston, Texas for a better rate. My last bill from Reliant energy was recieved and at that time I was fianacially unable to pay it off .

I was soon contacted by NCO fiancial services by a Mrs Johnson. She asked me to set up a bank draft each month for what I could afford to pay. I told her at this point I really would rather wait a month or two and just pay it off in full. She persisted and I told her that I didnt trust people drafting my account.

She gave me to a supervisor named MR Holloway. He asssured me that it would be safe, and that if for any reason I could discontinue the drafts. So in good faith I agreed to a $25 per month draft until I could afford to pay it off in full. Then a few months go by and it's
working out fine.

I had a check book stolen and I had to close my bank account. It was a stroke of luck because little did I know NCO didnt intend to continue with the $25 drafts, they upped the amount to $275 per month without my authorization. They had the nerve to tell me that I agreed to pay $25 a month for three months and then it would go to $275 per month, I never agreed to that, ever at any time.

I recieved a returned draft attempt for $275. If the account was open I would have been in deep trouble. They get you on the hook for any nominal amount you wish to pay per month by bank draft, then when you least expect it the zap youre account for more funds, then they insist you agreed to it, but they have no proof.

Then mrs king a supervisor berates me for having this unpaid debt, accuses me of closing my account to stop
the drafts on purpose, then says she is going to inform reliant I refuse to pay the debt. I told her I will bypass her company and deal with reliant directly and not to call me again, She replies " listen hear, I will call you whenevever I get ready hear!, I will speak to anyone about this including the janitor if I please...".

Beware of this trick, they are kind at first, then their true low class tactics and attitude comes roaring out.
