NCO Financial SVCS false credit reporting, abusive, threatening phone calls, Inaccuate information Fort Washington Pennsylvania

I was involved in a traffic accident and my insurance company failed to pay the hospital on time. By the time the insurance company was forced to pay their part (I had to report THEM to the Texas Dept. of Insurance), my account was turned over to NCO financial SVCS.

NCO financial SVCS has NEVER sent a bill or anything in writing. They have never contacted me by mail. They have never provided documentation that this bill was not paid.

The phone call I received from them was horribly abusive, personally attacking me for this "so called" debt. The collector would not let me speak with a supervisor, would not tell me where she was located or give me a phone number, and asked me if I had "emotional" problems, while she continued to attack my record keeping and check records which would prove I had paid the Emergency Physician. This was the most abusive phone call I have ever received, for ANY reason.

This is outrageous! They need to be investigated for their business practices. I couldn't have paid the bill if I had actually owed it! I still have not received any documentation from NCO regarding this bill.
However, they have listed this non payment of $58.00 on my credit report and damaged my credit. They need to be STOPPED!
