NCO Financial Systems PAYPAL ripoff Rude individual named Derek Harrasing calls Ignorant and Stupid deceptive company I am disputing this bill Baltimore Maryland

This is Mike and I am notifying your office within the 30 day period that I am disputing this bill or some portion of it.

I question the total validity of the amount and have documentation from your representing company contrary to this execution. I have tried to further verify this information but upon trying to gain access to this financial site I have found that I have been LOCKED OUT for several months.

I am addressing this issue legally in a class action suit filed in the state of question regarding this procedure and this suit has been cleared to execute by the Atty. General of the State of New York.

I would like in writing from PayPal verification of this debt and clearly see the documents of the procedure Soverign bank used under the Zero tolerance protection law for Visa and MasterCard transactions. My Bank charged back the funds from Paypal under this clause.

I do however have an uncashed check from EBAY Fraud department for 175.00 that I have not cashed for several months due to PayPal ignoring my correspondence in trying to find out where to apply this amount to the questioned amount. Instead they opted to put this to NCO Financial for collection after recovering 8 cents of the questioned amount from a VERIFIED by their admittance user of their services and then LOCKING my account leaving me no way of viewing my account and closing this case.

I also would be very grateful if you could supply me with any licenses in Massacusetts that PayPal operates under in the Transfer of funds from Credit Cards or Financial Institutions. I didn't see any on their website and was not permitted to print this page out.

I sincerely want to correct this matter in an expeditious manner; however a representative from your company named Derek was not a great help when I called him by telling me that NCO didn't care about Zero Tolerance laws or about Soverign Bank or even about the Methuen Detective Division or the Bank that told me I was in compliance of the laws and I should put this issue behind me.

The strange part of this was the fact that PayPal LOCKED my account and did not allow me to view what I am being accused of and never supplied me with a phone number or any way of viewing my own account. I also found it strange that EBAY sent me a check for 175 dollars that NCO would not accept especially since EBAY AND PAYPAL are the same company. I am sincerely waiting for the documents from Paypal re: my case and dispute of this action.
