Run away! Our company, Talus Properties, Inc. operates a fleet of vehicles and construction equipment.  We have over 20 years of experience working with usually wonderful auto repair professionals. Unfortunately, NCP Auto Services was the worst company we have ever done business with. Its owner, Nestor Palacio, is not a nice man.

Here are just a few issues we had:

1) after charging us over $4,000, a small diesel engine they claimed to have rebuilt for us it still did not run correctly; 2) we had to hire a second company to fix their incompetent work; 3) they promised us a two-week turn around, but took two months; 4) Mr. Palacio was rude and critical of our only black employee, who is a wonderful and effective senior manager (he would not even speak to her); 5) Mr. Palacio refused to give us government-mandated docmentation on the engine after he claimed he rebuilt it (it's use is for a personnel lift and we are required to have this and he is requied to provide it); 6) Mr. Palacio absonded with a starter unit that he charged us for; 7) he dropped the engine on the ground during reinstallation; 8) he required payment in full with certified funds prior to install....and then didn't even finish the install. We had to call the police.

This was a horrible eight weeks working with Mr. Palacio and NCP Auto Repair. We are sorry we ever met him. If you are even considering working with him, run away while you still can. We have two addresses for him: 8847 HAMILTON RD., SOUTHAVEN MS 38671 and 9149 Belmont Drive, Southaven, MS 38671.
