said I had a debt from Everest Cash Advance that was in the prices odd serving me papers for lack of payment. The person was professional, so it didn't register as a scam. I only had a tiny gut feeling, but I was in the process of clearing all debt anyway so I THOUGHT I had a clean start. I'm now getting contacted by ACR claiming I'm in beach of contract for this everest loan.
