Services said to be provided was instant access to personal credit reports every 30 days. Guaranteed that lenders will provide 100% financing for personal and investment properties. Also guaranteed that the foreclosure land database would provide the most current and accurate information to invest in. Further claimed to provide customers with certificate to the program and that a packet will be forwarded to a mortgage specialist. I haven't seen any evidence of that.
To-date, it's impossible to speak with anyone other than the customer service representative and it just happens to be same person every time. When asked to speak to a manager the Customer Service rep tries to accommodate you on your request. If they were legitimate, the services that they claim to provide would be automatic without a customer having to inquire "what the hell is going on?"
