ncs litigation collection scam for payday loan Nationwide

 About 2 weeks ago I was contacted by NCS Litigation company about threatening court case on me for a supposingly unpaid payday loan. They seem very legitimate and even had a processing dept. contact me back to set up payments. When I asked who the payday loan was with they said National Payday. I asked who they might be affiliated with because i never had a loan with a company by that name.They said that was all they had on it. I paid $159.08 by debit card and had 4 Payments of the same set up monthly. After looking online I found National Payday Loan and contacted them about if there may be another affiliate name for their company. She stated no that they operate only as National Payday. Then I asked if they had any reference to me having had a loan with them at any time. Again the reply was no. This is a scam so please don't be fooled by their threats. I cancelled and ordered a new debit card so no further withdrawals can be made by them.
