NCSA Athletic Recruiting Lying predators, incompetent, worthless Chicago Illinois

This company took advantage of my son that just turned 18. They told him that they could help him get a big scolarship at a big school if he qualified. My son and I told him that he was being looked at already by local colleges and hadn't made a decision yet. The guy said that he wanted to help get him into a bigger school and if he could, would he go and of course, he said yes. My son paid the almost $800 only to find that 3 weeks later, they had not even went over his profile and that on their site he was not eligible to be looked at by the schools that were already looking at him.

They were locked. They addressed him by his last name as if it were his first, and never done one thing for him. I sent numerous emails, only to be ignored. I finally called and sit on hold for 10 minutes to talk to people who talk right over you! I explained that I had been requesting a refund for a couple weeks and my emails were ignored.

She said that I was told that there was a three day cancellation period, and was not ever told so. Furthermore, I emailed them back within that 3 days and was ignored! I guess that's why. Even after I told her that my son was going to go to the school that had been looking at him for over a year, she refused to listen or give a refund. These people are crooks and would be arrested if they were not hiding behind desks! There is nothing they have done or could do for him, except take his money!
