NCSoft Corporation Big Rip Off Austin Texas

Recently I went to login to play an online game called Lineage 2 which is a MMO put out by NCSoft Corporation and couldn't log in. I went online and changed my password and tried to login again and no go. So I attempted to call there support line and finally found that information buried on there website after an hour of looking.

When I finally got a hold of someone which was the following day since they only have phone support from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM I was told that I would need to submit a ticket and that my account was banned and that they would not give any details regarding the matter over the phone.

So I submitted a ticket and the response I get was that my account had logged into there gaming server via a proxy server in Japan. And that the issue was closed and that no other correspondance regarding the matter would be answered to by NCSoft.

I have always logged into my account from home and never from any where else. They wouldn't allow me log in to my account to verify if any items had been taken or anything. I can't explain the reason why my account would have logged into there server from that location. I have played this game for over 2 years and played the game with my girlfriend for the most part during that time in our home.

I am the victim here and it appears my account information was stolen and there was only one time that I played from another location which was a coffee house with wifi where my girlfriend and I went to go and play with another couple from our laptops.

What gives here ...
