ND Professional Locksmith, West Valley City I do not remember their names and they were no where on the paper. Just the business name They took advance of this older white woman who they thought was a stupid idiot. In a way, I was! I am so mad at myself! West Valley City Utah

I do not remember the two Mexican men who came to my home representing ND Professional Locksmith. My safe's batteries were dead with no notification of changing them. Unfortunately, I am ill and I can not remember where my keys to the safe were kept. My medications and my gun along with important papers, etc., were in the safe and I needed my meds.

It is a small safe and I was told by other locksmiths along with my research on the internet that an impression could be made so I could have a new key. I even found out later after they left on You Tube you can actually open the safe ... my exact safe with a Bic Pen. They also talked about how you could drop it on the ground a certain way and the door would open (not the best safe ever).

Anyway, when ND came, their English was poor and I was told they had experience with safe's before. It was obvious later , he had no idea what he was doing. The other guy spent his time on the phone in and out of my house. Weird! The main guy took the safe outside and proceeded to break into it with a screw driver and a hammer. I was in and out watching to make sure the other guy was not ripping me off, I was back and forth.... he totally destroyed my safe banging on the key area to the point it disappeared inside the door of the safe.

After continual pounding, the door opened. I grabbed my meds and my gun. Then he pulled out his paper and told me it would be $485.00. NO WAY! I was never told by the girl who answered the phone, whom was also a Mexican, very unprofessional, by the way. Money was not discussed in fact, she was in such a hurry to get off the phone to call them, I could hardly keep up. After the door opened.... he gave me the paper showing the charge, which was $485.

I immediately questioned why it was so much, he started to mumble and honestly I could not understand what he was saying. I do believe that was on purpose. When I started to write the check, I asked whom to make it out to and he said leave that blank. I did not and I did not pay the full $485., I did pay $200 like a dummy.

He fussed and begged, and begged.... I swear he did to pay the $485. I realized I had just been taken to the cleaners and was ripped off. They didn't even pickup and put the 40 lb. safe in my garbage, I had to do it... because they were in such a big hurry to get out! Pretty d**n obvious what just happened.

I am so upset that I allowed these idiots to do this to me, that is why when I looked up to see what I could find out about them.... I found this site. So, I am reporting to people to NOT use this so called business, total RIPOFF!!
