While ccbasket and NDA Pharmacy are connected, SafeScriptsOnline and MPLLC/HealthSolutionsNetwork are not. MPLLC/HealthSolutionsNetwork does not sell phentermine or any other types of controlled substances and has a strict policy against it. In addition, Health Solutions Network will never charge your credit card until your medication has been shipped.

I was an affiliate of SafeScriptsOnline until about 8 months ago. While they do market drugs such as phentermine, they are a separate entity from ccbasket/NDA Pharmacy.

With regard to ccbasket/NDA Pharmacy, they DID have a huge backlog of phentermine orders, which has now been cleared. Unless you cancelled your order, you should have received your medication by now. You were not alone in your frustration.

You will always be able to connect during normal business hours and, as long as there is no issue with your prescription, you will usually receive your medication within 24-48 hours after ordering.

Regarding SafeScriptsOnline, I think (not certain) that they only have an online form for inquries. CCbasket's customer service line should be easily accessible now since the backlog has been addressed and more pharmacies added.
