first order on 5-8-06 was canceled by their doctor within hours of being placed. I have not received a credit back to by credit card. Tried calling and emailing but no response.
Second order on 5-8-06 is considered "active" and "waiting a tracking number" since 5-9-06. Tried to call no response, sent e-mails regarding when shipment will be made, no response. I have sent numerous email asking that the first order be credited to my account.... nothing
I sent an email to cancel second order on 5-12-06 nothing, I have also called and waited on the phone for 30 minutes before getting cut off. I will contact my credit card company to help fight the charges applied to my account. Hope this report helps me and others.

Just received an email telling me I can refil my prescription !! Never got the first one. This mail, however comes with a name of a "customer relations" person and an actual address that I will share.
