NDAPharmacy.com - Safetrustprocessing.com ripoff Another internet SCAM Internet

Like other victims, I too, placed an order with NDA Pharmacy.com aka Safe Trust Processing.com. My order was placed on Sunday, May 21 and the order was approved and my bank account was debited immediately in the amount of $112.00.

Much to my disappointment, I have not received my order and it is useless to follow the procedures outlined on the company's website as they do not respond to email inquiries and you can forget calling the phone number provided.

I had received a phone call from a sales person named Judy from 1-800-274-1935, ext 4161 asking me to place a re-order. I informed Judy that I had already placed an order on-line and would like to know when I could expect to receive my order. She advised me I must call the number listed on the web-site to inquire about my order status. There were no supervisors or management available. My only option was to call the NO SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE number of 1-866-259-7122. After 7 days of calling this number I was able to get through and was informed my order would ship within 48 hours.

Patricia at ext. 4156 has promised to phone me with my FED EX tracking number before close of business on Friday. If I do not receive my order by June 12, I will file fraud charges with my bank. I had already notified them and received a new debit card as I am afraid of having used it on-line to make a purchase.
