Neal Rapoport is the CEO of Dealtaker.com. He is notorious for spamming and cheating individuals and companies alike. He runs a spam infested website that steals coupons and deals from other famous sites. Such sites include FatWallet.com, Couponcabin.com, Daddyodeals.com, pricegrabber.com and numerous others.
He says that he runs an honest operation that supports breast cancer amongst women but that is not true. It is a big public relations push to make dealtaker.com sound like a caring organization that it is not.
Neal rapoport makes a living by spamming famous forums, wikipedia, and other well known sites to get a higher ranking in search engines. He has numerous emails and handles which he uses to artificially inflate his site. Once you go on his site, certain links take you to sites that require personal information like credit card numbers and social security numbers. Hence dealtaker.com is involved in some phishing activities. Also Neal puts down his competition by spreading lies about his competition.
Please please do not have any dealing with dealtaker.com and Neal Rapoport as they you will lose in the short and long run.
There are numerous sites out there that warn you against doing business with this individual.

It is clear we have a competitor who is jealous of our success, and has too much time on their hands. Their continuous posting of derogatory comments, here and elsewhere, only shows their childish behavior.
To set the record straight, we do not collect personal information, we are a shopping portal so the stores we link to would require personal information for users to make purchases. Never should anyone provide their social security number, unless they are comfortable that the site requesting it has a genuine need for it.
