Neat Rewards Max Savings would not refund our money, could not access website, argued about refunding money Internet

received email, wasn't told that it involved three companies.  called and cancelled neat rewards, thought that took care of it.  then was billed $16.95 after cancelling due to the fact that three companies are involved and you have to call all three to cancel each one.

was never told by anyone that i had to call anywhere else after cancelling at "neat rewards".  had to threaten to contact the attorney general before i was told i would be credited for the $16.95.

still waiting to receive my refund as they said it would take up to a week to receive.  funny how they can take your money within minutes, but it takes a week to get it back.  how does that work???

don't fall for their tactics==if you get an email from any of these places, delete them before opening!!
