Are you a victim of the N.C.S.P.C? Are you paying child support amd interest that you do not owe or ever owed because of the multitude of errors made by the N.C.S.P.C. and perhaps even the office of the clerk of the district court of Nebraska? Have records you've requested from the system been unavailable to you? Have stipulations in your "divorce decree" been ignored? Have you ever been told that part of your decree do not apply to you?
