Nebraska Stain and Seal Ruined the deck, grass, plants, and concrete patio below. Refuses to issue refund or fix the issue Omaha Nebraska

I have been dealing with Mike and his company for over two years. I hired him to stain my deck and my fence, and after multiple re-stains and touchups over the two-year period, my deck is still in an unfinished state. He always promises "to make it right", but his issue is that he doesn't know how to "make it right", him and his crew have no idea what they’re doing. His workers have also caused over one thousand dollar’s worth of damage to my lawn, plants, and patio below the deck by their careless workmanship. 

Every time his crew comes over as part of their warranty work, the result is horrible. His company has done a few decks in our neighborhood and no one is satisfied. Mike is deceitful in his excuses of why something didn't work out and he will tell everyone that they are the only ones complaining, when in fact 90% of his customers I have spoken with are dissatisfied and many have stopped dealing with Mike and have just paid someone else to fix his work. 

As a further part of his deceitfulness, he is overriding the photos I have placed on his Google review page with ones of his own.
