They violated my privacy and sent my personal information to another company. When questioned about the policy of privacy, they denied responsibility even with pictures and evidence! This company is by far the WORST I have EVER had to deal with! I regret that this company treats it customers the way that they do. It is obvious that they would rather let a customer walk away upset and not satisfied than fix the problem!

BEWARE OF DELUXE CORPORATION AND NEBS

AUTHOR: Chris - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 26, 2009

Jenn, I too was taken advantage of by this company. I set up an account with Nebs and Deluxe and ordered several products for my company. Iset myself up as the responsible billing person and ordered several hundred dollars worth of items. After several weeks of run arounds and screwed up orders, the items arrived past deadline and messed up. I later discovered one of my employees called Nebs and attempted to order items from them and accessed my account and information. They sent her pictures of my account invoices, billing/shipping address, the items I ordered, etc. (I have this email as it was retrieved from the employee's email account and she was since terminated. I even spoke with several employees and supervisors about this and even had recorded the calls for my protection. I have recorded calls with a supervisor named Karne Raczon stating "Ms. (removed for privacy) I will admit that we screwed up and this information should never have been provided" After weeks of dealing with supervisors I discovered they were not being honest about escalating the issues to a higher department/manager and then was given weeks of run arounds. Bottom line is that their "privacy department" employee named Linnea Solem sent me a email saying basically they did nothing worng. Then when I replied telling her what exactly happened she replied back saying she would "look into the new information" ???????? New information? What are you talking about "new information"????? This stuff has been provided to all of the employees and supervisors! Apparently they did not tell her this??? I do not know, bottom line, I began calling Board Members and the assistant to the CEO, Karen Carey. She told me she was taking it over to their legal department and would have them call me right away. Still have not heard from them and this was three weeks ago. When I call Karen Carey back, she rushes me off of the phone and does not return my calls anymore. (go figure!) I am planning on taking legal actiona aginst this company and suing the hell out of them for this breech of privacy. Stay away from this company! They are dishonest and do not value their customers or they would have resolved this complaint. I will not go away and will be a thorn in their side for years! I am also planning on foling complaints with the Attorney General and BBB as well as the consumer credit commissioner. Even their privacy policy states they will not provide ANY information to people not authorized on your account or to a third party. Last time I checked, my employees were not authorized on my account and are third parties. They even allowed her to change my shipping address and allowed her to place orders to bill me! Thankfully I caught them when I called to inquire about my items that I ordered and was able to cancel them! If anyone else has had similar issues please let's get together and file a class action!

Deluxe Enterprises - Deluxe Pinpoint!

AUTHOR: Jenn - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 12, 2007

They are also OWNED by Deluxe Enterprises, but they also use the DBA of Deluxe PinPoint.

They offer printing on products such as invoices, pens, doorknob hangers, coffee mugs, candies, etc.

The quality is HORRIBLE! Stay clear! You may be their next VICTIM!

Oh, forgot to add..............they will make you invest HOURS of your PERSONAL time dealing with THEIR problem and mistake!!!

People I have dealt with so far:

Suzzane Paterson (customer services supervisor)
Arlene ??? (customer services supervisor)
Andrew ??? (credit department manager of employee who hung up on me)
Katie ??? (customer services supervisor)
Sharron ??? (unknown department)
Debbie Cramlette (never returns messages, works in the legal department)
Heather ??? (legal department)
Tracy McQue (customer services supervisor)
Sandra Allen (supervisor for Deluxe)

All of these people seem to have no business sense or realize how to handle the violation of my privacy! They are in my person opinion, unprofessional, inexperienced, and just plain ignorant! No business sense at all!!!!
